I prepare litigation documents, draft pleadings and motions, organize discovery materials, and build comprehensive trial notebooks on paper or digital. I utilize Washington State’s civil litigation process from pretrial to appeal, including alternatives to litigation. As a former project manager, I apply practical skills to support attorneys by managing timelines, ensuring procedural accuracy, and contributing to all civil case phases.

Prepare forms, checklists, pleadings, discovery documents, motions, and other materials relevant to the litigation process.
Use different discovery tools, including e-Discovery, to comply with discovery requests.
Provide support through any alternative dispute processes or meetings.
Interview clients and witnesses, file court documents, serve papers, assist at trial, and other litigation processes.
Ensure compliance in preparing documents, time computation, docketing/calendaring, and other tasks related to the civil litigation process.
Prepare comprehensive, professional, and organized trial notebooks, either paper or digital.
Set up detailed searches and reports, review documents, and project manage discovery requests.
