With over 15 years as a highly accomplished healthcare executive, I have led and managed some of the largest healthcare software implementations in the country, overseeing projects ranging from $2 million to over $100 million. Sitting at the table with hospital C-suite executives, I thrived in high-pressure environments, managing risks, navigating complex challenges, and guiding large-scale initiatives to success. My ability to lead, persuade, and bring calm to difficult situations became second nature, as did the strategic thinking and organizational expertise required to execute projects with life-altering consequences.
After years of extensive travel and high-stakes leadership, I made the decision to transition into the legal field—an area that has always fascinated me. Enrolling in an ABA-approved paralegal program, I quickly realized my passion for research, writing, and litigation support. I am deeply engaged in legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and supporting cases from pre-litigation to appeal. Discovery and investigations are particular strengths, as I enjoy interviewing, analyzing evidence, and ensuring thorough case preparation.
